How can I find out about starting to trade at Farmers markets?
You can send any enquiry to us via our General Enquiry Form for help by e-mail. Once you’re happy that selling your goods at our Farmers Markets is right for you, it’s really simple to apply on-line.
If you plan to sell food you can contact Food Hygiene at your Local County Council Office for help and advice. It would be worthwhile making contact with your local Trading Standards Office who are always happy to provide information to help you trade legally.
The Federation of Small Businesses can also offer invaluable help and advice to traders. You can find them here: www.fsb.org.uk

I’d like to purchase my own stall. Where can I start to look?
You can often find good stalls for a reasonable price in your local paper, or ask your newsagent if they stock any Market Traders publications. You may also find help with The National Market Traders Federation - go here: www.nmtf.co.uk

I have no stall of my own. Can I rent one?
Yes no problem. We have 30 high quality markets stalls that are available at reasonable rates. You can book these on-line.

What happens if I book and don’t show up for the event?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of bookings. No refunds are payable without a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice. If your vehicle breaks down on route please call Tony Martin as soon as possible on market days on 07899 005700 only. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice must be made on the following number 01932 788001. Please leave a clear message.
